We are not responsible for typographical errors related to pricing and reserve the right to contact you and advise of the corrected information prior to processing your order.
All prices on the website are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST.

Journie attempts to present the availability of stock accurately. Stock availability constantly varies and is only valid at the time shown.
Cancellation of order
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to our shipping and delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is via Australia Post.
International Shipping is via courier. Please note all import taxes and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders that have been processed for payment are not able to be modified or refunded, so ensure you check over your purchase and shipping details before proceeding to the checkout.

Customs Fees and Import Restrictions
Some countries place restrictions on goods imported or charge customs duties or import fees. It is the responsibility of the customer to find out about any restrictions applicable to them and pay any charges. We send parcels though Australia Post and suggest checking your country in the first instance on their website www.auspost.com.au. We also recommend contacting your local government body prior to ordering. E.g Customs and Excise.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived in the expected delivery time please call Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote the tracking number from your postage confirmation email. Any unresolved missing parcels please contact our head office on:
Exchanges and Refunds
Our Exchange and Refund statement completes these Terms and Conditions.
It is your responsibility to return items to Journie head office. Shipping costs are not refundable and all cost associated with returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. Orders refunded which were sent with our free delivery option will have our AUD $8.00 delivery cost deducted. All products which are on clearance are a FINAL SALE. That is they are not refundable. If you return items please keep the appropriate proof of return. Otherwise if the returned item goes missing in transit, we will deem you have not returned the item. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
